The hotel staff were lovely and accomodating, and switched our room as the first room was too hot. The rooftop bar was a lovely escape from the busy streets below and a nice place to watch the sunset. The location was fantastic and close to everything

Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. The location is the best selling point halfway between San Marco and Rialto. Lots of good price restaurants nearby, too.

The location is immense. Right on its very own canal 2 picturesque bridges at the front door. 3 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and 2 to St Mark's square.

It's a fabulous location, close to Piazza San Marco but in a quiet place on the channel. What is more important is that the hotel is VERY clean (seriously, the cleaning staff are incredibly attentive) and has brand-new furniture and equipment - a rare find in Venice. Highly recommended.

Location was exceptional - 5-10 mins from interesting parts. Room was a good size, very comfy, felt like a home very quickly. Breakfast was excellent - scrambled eggs particularly good. Staff very helpful.
